Executive Forum

The Executive Forum for Canada’s Consulting Engineering Sector is returning in 2025!

The event will take place June 16–18 at The Malcolm Hotel in Canmore, AB, just an hour from Calgary International Airport.

This exclusive event gathers 30 to 35 CEOs, presidents, and senior executives, representing the leadership of Canada’s consulting engineering sector, all with a strategic interest in innovation and finding solutions to our most pressing issues.

This is not a conference: Instead, it will be a day-and-a-half of roundtable discussions on strategies, innovations, emerging best practices, and new approaches, all in the exclusive company of some of the top players in our industry. This will be a rare opportunity to sit down with your peers to thoughtfully discuss and explore the critical issues at the most senior, strategic level.

The format for the meeting will be as follows:

  • Participants are invited based on their leadership role within the industry, with a limit of 35 participants.
  • Program format will consist of moderated roundtable discussions on select topics.
  • The Forum will be hosted at a venue conducive to intensive, executive-level dialogue on the top issues and making personal connections with your peers.
  • There will be plenty of time between sessions and over meals for those ad hoc conversations that so often lead to valuable insights and deepening of professional relationships.

The volunteer Steering Committee, listed blow, are leaders from some of the top engineering firms in Canada. These executives, your peers, will be creating the agenda for discussion. The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies - Canada (ACEC-Canada) will provide logistical support and act as your hosts.
